The Beijing Jade Palace Hotel is the first 5-star business hotel located in the Zhongguancun area. This area is known as China's "silicon valley," which hosts thousands of foreign and domestic electronic companies. The hotel is also located near several famous universities and research institutes. Not too far north of the hotel are several famous sites, including the Summer Palace, the Fragrant Mountain and the Old Summer Palace. Jingchang highway also makes for easy access to the Great Wall.
